Usage:(for type I )
1、As cooking boiler
auxiliaries: This product can disperse scale and
impurity, can chelate the Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions in process
of cooking boiler. It is favorable for the removal of
pectin, protecting the scale of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions
deposit on textile, improving the accessibility and
capillary effect of the fiber. The preferred dosage of
TH-540 for process of cooking boiler is 1-4g/L;
2、As bleaching auxiliaries:
This product has strong chelating ability for Ca, Mg, Fe
and Cu ions in bleaching solution, it can prevent the
textile strength descend and improve the textile
whiteness, it can effectively block metal ions and
control the decompose rate of hydrogen peroxide. The
preferred dosage of TH-540 for process of bleaching
auxiliaries is 2-3g/L;
3、As dyeing auxiliaries: This
product can effectively chelate Ca and Mg ions in the
dyeing solution, it has strong disperse ability for dye
and coat. It can prevent dye deposit and improve the
product picturesque and dyeing depth. The preferred
dosage of TH-540 for process of dyeing auxiliaries is
1-2g/L;
4、As soap detergent
auxiliaries, it can prevent opaque tarnish, the dosage
1-2g/L is preferred.
5、As water softening agent, the
dosage 0.05-0.1g/L is preferred.
